How much does used cooking oil pickup cost?

Used cooking oil collection is free for food businesses across New York City. There are no fees, no minimum volumes and no contracts, and containers are included at no charge.

How often should I schedule cooking grease pick-up?

The frequency depends on your cooking volume. Most restaurants require weekly or bi-weekly service, but we'll review your fryer count and turnover with you to set the optimal schedule — and adjust it as your volume changes.

What types of oil do you accept for recycling?

We accept all types of cooking oils including vegetable oil, canola oil and fryer oil, as well as grease trap waste through our grease trap cleaning service.

Do you provide containers?

Yes. We supply appropriate containers free of charge, including secure outdoor bins and indoor collection vessels sized to your needs, plus ongoing maintenance and swap-outs.

Are you licensed to collect used cooking oil in New York City?
